i have a custom made php script sending newsletters automatically to clients (from mysql db). However the speed is way too fast and exceeds 500 emails per hour. I need you to correct the syntax to add a delay. e.g. Send 1 email after 8 seconds each time. Linux hosting.

I need assistance right away, don't bid if not available.
