Decrypt Base64 Script (6 small files)

We had a freelancer create a simple script for us (a property management script) and have only just realised that he has encrypted some of the important system files. We have only realised this because we want to change the hosting company and domain name. These files (we presume) hold information blocking us from using the code on another system. There are 6 php files that need decrypting. The file sizes are: 7k, 4k, 3, 4k and 27k.
