A PHP script for blog/articles website

HI freelancers, I want to open a site which is a platform for users to publish articles and blogs. Think about the site as if it is a YouTube site but for articles with all their features on board. Features requested : **login for users to the site . ** user profiles - author profiles where he can write about himself add a picture etc... **"my articles" section with a table: name, counter for views of the article, upload/sent date, last time the article was read. **articles should be sent to the admin to be approved. ** in each article the script should show other articles , some from the same author , and some related (basically it's like YouTube but with articles for this part) **comments on articles **social login ** option for users to connect/relate/"answer"to another post (post a new article in relate/comment etc.. to an existing article) ,again similar to YouTube, and for it to be showed in the page where users will read the related articles. ** like/dislike for articles homepage of the site will be dynamic: ** chosen articles by the admin ** top rated by users articles . ** featured articles. **last articles. **top users. important: We also need one more feature regarding monetization which will be explained in private. You can build it using wordpress/joomla/drupal/etc or any kind of cms script or something of your own. Our budget for this project is 100-200 $ Thanks
