Hi i would like users to be able to pay other users with bitcoin, with site fees being automatically taken out of the payment, or would it be possible for users to top up an account balance by bitcoin and then pay other users out of the balance, with site fees automatically coming out to a bitcoin wallet. users also should be able to withdraw their balance to a bitcoin address.
