Cartoon/Manga

Basically what I need is a bunch of people/characters turned into cartoons/manga. These will be used for advertising in different forms. I want 15 finished digital illustrations. No white background, just transparency. I want them as a Photoshop file, or a several Photoshop files, how ever you see fit. I would like you to use many layers so it is easier for me to work with afterwards. I want them in very high resolution too. The characters aren't 100% designed, so you will have a little bit of creative freedom, but always pass your ideas through me first. The files I have attached are basically what I want done, in terms of character design. As for what poses I want them to do, I have also attached a Word document with how I want each character to pose. Must have skills using photoshop and drawing cartoons/manga. Prefer not to have hand drawn images that are converted to digital, unless you can make them look amazing ;) If you have any more questions, perhaps if you need more context or motivation for the characters, or background info on them, let me know. Also, if I like your work, I will come to you first if I decide I need some logo work done, or anymore drawings.
