Alter some Images

I have 2,300 .png/.jpg images. What I need is each image to be dropped into a 500x500 image frame (white background) then saved as the original file name and extension. I do not want distortion on the images. The original 2,300 are not in proportional frames. I will pay half when half the images are completed. Then pay the other half once all are completed.
