You will have to specify to me XY dimensions needed and if that PCB will have to be fitted in a selected by you enclosure. Offer DOESN'T include firmware development for your device. If you wish to develop also the firmware for your device, then I can send you another offer for it only, but not for developing firmware on "arduino" based platform, as we use 9S08 series mcu's from FREESCALE (now NXP) for most of our projects (see portfolio).
