Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with extensive design experience. I have 9 international publications and 5 patents to my name. In past I have designed variable stability aircraft (changes its geometry while flying- having more than 800 custom designed parts), glider based payload delivery system/mechanism, desktop coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc to name a few. I also have inhouse prototyping and manufacturing facility including 3D printing i.e. SLA and SLS in 3 different polymers. I also have vacuum casting facility both for a range of polymers and aluminum. CNC milling and turning is also available apart from several other facilities like chrome plating, etc Let us sign the NDA so that you can share some details to me for a correct estimate of time and cost. Hello, few days ago I finished one projects with guys from USA. There was four parts with many tooling draft and radii issues that needs to be corrected. For fixing part I used solidworks 2015. I had only 3D models, but If you can send my real product, it will be really easier to work. Hope that you are reading my proposal, not skipping, because I really enjoying that kind of jobs.
