I need a WordPress plugin that will populate both category and sub-category titles of custom post types through uploading of a csv file. Fore example: Cars > Sub Categories > Ford, Chevy, Toyota. Under Ford would be Fiesta, Focus, Mustang, etc.. The spreadsheet will be filled out by the plugin user, so you will need to decide the format.
