Create an android application that allows a user to create a route to display on a map. The route should consist of a list of GPS points eventually saved to a text file. The user will click a button that says start, then a popup will appear asking what the user would like to name the route. This will be the name of the text file saved to a folder named my trails.
- Text file format
123.455666,12.234454
124.343434,-234.2344
Next to this text box I would like an OK button. Once the user clicks OK the android should start collecting GPS points. Also when the user clicks OK a Button that says "Stop" and a Button that says, "Map" appears on the UI. Once a user clicks stop I want a popup that says, "Are you sure you would like to stop recording." Once the user clicks Ok the app should save the text file, show the Start button once again and stop the location listner.
Map Button Click
- Show an instance of Google maps with the currently collected gps points. If location changes the map should reflect this change.
There should be a Menu item that exits out of the map back to the main screen.
Last requirement: Save the text file every 50 points.
I'm open for suggestions.

Matt
