database driven wine and food pairing app for mobile phones

Depending on cost, I am interested in a? telephone app - android and/or iphone based -? wine and food pairing guide.? It would be database driven that could be maintained by a data entry clerk,? with 3 levels(small pages)? of simple question/selection option and the final return page which would provide the wine suggestions based on the answers to the questions. Wine varietals would be entered into the database? along with? several assigned true/false value fields and a notes field.? Based on the answers to the questions, the program would pull a list of wines meeting the criteria and display a page with the list of wines along with their tasting notes and perhaps a small? picture and link to "more info" ? I would want this to be proprietary intellectual property with all rights reserved. Thank you!
