Database management system developer

On behalf of an asset management firm, we are looking for sb who can build a knowledge management system. The system should be of the 3 part structures: knowledge garden, library, and recent activities. The front end will be web-based and dedicated apps developed on an Android cell phone and an Android tablet. The whole project is of multiple phases. Knowledge garden. Phase 1 includes various ways for employees to enter raw data. Data type include a tweeter like message; field / meeting notes taken on a tablet; prose length write ups; and pdf reports. All four data type will be tagged by user and system generated tags. b. Library. Phase 1 include two ways to search the database. One is simple search by tag. The second is a search by text. c. Recent activities. The cell phone app should be able to receive notifications of new entries into the knowledge garden. A set up webpage shall be deployed for the investment team to manage various calculations and news items to be tracked. Each piece of data will have four parts: a. Tags created / chosen by users b.
