Build a Saas Uisng GAE

Hi Freelancers, I need a student course work to be done ASAP. Kindly read the description and the attached document. A Google App Engine application using python that provides the ability to register for, and login to, a system that produces an overview of the Value at Risk (Historical and Covariance) for a given investment with a given set of financial data (Uploaded to GAE in form of csv file) . The Google App Engine will collect risk values for each name within the financial data into its Datastore, and will be able to show the differences amongst the risk values in relation to the name using Google Charts. A Google Chart will need to show the time series for the name, and present the VaR values on the chart. Kindly add the word GSAL while replying.
