Build OpenERP module to import XING contacts and messages into ERP

We need a module developed for openERP where XING contacts are scanned and pulled from XING and imported into Contacts in OpenERP 6.1
As a Sales User inside OpenERP, I want to be able to import (synchronise -one way, from XING to OpenERP) my contacts and the messages that I have sent or received from my XING contacts. This can be a OneWay Process importing From XING to OpenERP.
Data to Import needs to include:
1. Contact Information (all possible fields to carry allong)
2. XING Messages sent to the contact and from the contact
Import consideration
1. Existing contacts in OpenERP when deleted in XING, should not be deleted in OpenERP
2. Data in OpenERP should not be deleted when deleted in XING
3. Each Sales Manager needs to have button or link to start import from XING.
