Autoresponder API Integration

PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE BIDDING I want to be able to subscribe and unsubscribe users using the API of popular autoresponders. Aweber getresponse icontact mad mimi vertical response To name a few. There will be upwards of 15 different autoresponders. Looking for someone that already has experience with this. ********** However this project is only for the following ********** I want to be able to unsubscribe users from getresponse using their API. A file with email addresses will exist on the server and it will continuously update. The program will grab an email from the file and connect to getresponse API and unsubscribe the address from any and all lists and remove the email from the file on the server.. The name of all lists for the getresponse account can be stored if needed. The API integration shouldn't be done in php, I would probably prefer python or something better than php, that won't time out. We can discuss. The front-end form submission option 1 can be php.
