You will need to design a graphic window to accept a positive number for the rotation amount.

The plaintext message to be encoded is stored in the first line of a file named “[url removed, login to view]”. The plaintext is a list of words separated by a single space and contains no punctuation marks. You can further assume: The plaintext only contains lower case letters.

Once the user clicks anywhere inside the graphic window, your program reads the message from “[url removed, login to view]”, encrypts it, writes the result into the first line of a file named “[url removed, login to view]”, and displays the original message as well as the encoded message in the graphic window.
