Build web crawler in Scrapy

I would like to scrap prices from a number of grocery and consumer websites. These should be ideally set up on Scrapinghub and run periodically. Programmed in Python/Scrapy.

An example site is [login to view URL]

Info needed to be scraped are item, item code, aisle/category, price per quantity, regular price or offer, date and time stamp. Also, I would need it to be set up such that it would not be banned by website after a few runs.

Could you give me a cost quote as well as time/effort required for 1, 10, 20 and 50 such sites?
