Create animation from existing 3D model (model made in Luxology Modo)

I have an existing technical model that has been made in Luxology Modo.
I'd like to take part of the model, and have it animated (by camera) and rendered to my specification. The animation will be no more than 20 seconds long.
I will provide the lxo file, along with detailed instructions of the animation and also a video example.
