Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer, designer, modeler and inventor with over 15y experience in designing, modeling and effective manufacturing of different products, devices and systems which spans across multiple industries. First at all: beside adjusting the model for mold injection (where should specify the position of the injection and exhousting channels, to take care of corners and edges accordingly with the material used), is necessary to create the shels (two shels which to joined together) and each one to have a mounting/sealing lip. I could do this for you: adjusting the model, slice the body, making the shels and determine the position of the channels in the best manner, and I'll provide you a full set of CAD files (iges, step, stl, obj, etc), 3D pdf for each piece and execution drawings with dimensions and adnotations. I could also provide you with a rough mold for each piece - just to have an idea.
