Hola ! I would make your promo video using both 3D model and 2d renders that you have said that you will provide. I will use mostly adobe after effects for the animations and motion graphics. I will use Sony Vegas for final edit and rendering. If you require voice over in English. I will get you a radio standard voice over but you will have to give the script. I will edit the fun product promo video for you.
