CGI / Animation of property high-end interiors

Mustard Design Ltd: [login to view URL] IMPORTANT - NO RECRUITMENT AGENCIES - ONLY FREELANCERS TO APPLY (NO EXCEPTIONS) Job Requirement: Require immediate start of CGI Artist with animation skills and ability to work with inhouse team to build and render multiple interior spaces to a very high standard using 3DS Max. Archtects Elevation plans and full style guides will be provided + will use bought models where possible but may require 25% of the scene to be modelled/built from scratch to a very high standard (very high-poly) for super realism. Skills in lighting for day and night shots of interior spaces for an exclusive London Development showing apartments with city views + building gardens and reception foyer+ cinema + restaurant Must able to work onsite at our offices based in the UK / Near Portsmouth Hampshire (South of UK) modelling/texturing/lighting /rendering (day and night scenes of all interior spaces to very high detail) Experience in modelling fabrics / curtains/rugs / carpets etc/ sofas/kitchens/bathrooms/tiling/light fittings/switches etc realtime reflections and super realistic high end results for renders Artist must be able to provide interior CGIs of previous examples- PLEASE IN THE 1ST INSTANCE send a link to your portfolio of relevant CGI\'s IMPORTANT: This work cannot be done remotely this needs to be done in-house at our studio near Portsmouth in the UK (South of England) RATE: 10-20 consecutive working days hours are 9am - 6pm Rate £2500 - £5000 START DATE: IMMEDIATE Before 20/1/15 - 20/2/15 + POSSIBLY LONGER/ LEADING TO FULL TIME ROLE Please VIEW OUR DEMO INTERIORS + send CV and link to vimeo portfolio of interiors to: Creative Director - Dan Harris
