Chinese native to generate leads on vegetarian home cooks

I am writing a vegetarian cookbook and am looking for someone to help find some vegetarian home cooks to interview whilst I am in Shanghai in 1-2 weeks time. I have some specific criteria, which I would send to you. You would be expected to search the net (and perhaps some bookshops) in Chinese to identify potential candidates, then summarise any qualified leads in English. I would also need to your help in contacting the selected candidates and setting up the interviews. If you would like to help with the interpretation of the interviews that would be great too.
