Background Research: Personal Records/Info; Create a Profile

My company would like all the publicly available records on a person (including news articles, property, legal, business, professional, academic, social media, etc). This is due diligence/background research. We want urls of all sources in one document with a basic description (can be caption length) for each. We want a report between one and two pages that profiles the individual and highlights the most important information. We want the method and the scope of the research to be explained in this report with any holes identified if possible. We want this done quickly- and for the bidder to arrange a means of contact (email) so that we can identify the subject. The subject is simply a professional- not an office holder, and not a celebrity.
