CPA account approval

Looking for someone who can get me CPA network approvals. You must have experienced with CPA networks and know how to promote the offer with all kinds of methods. Accounts will be under my name . You need to make calls to these affiliate networks on behalf of me and get the accounts approved. I will provide basic information for application and the list of CPA network. Payment is $45-50 for each approved account. The list is a big list of 42 networks, so you must have one that can work for you. We don't have CAP on the number of accounts.
