Competitor Monitoring PPC & SEO

I need someone to advise me on how to keep an eye on my competition. I need to know their Google and Yahoo PPC campaigns, Organic Linking, Backlinks & SEO, Page Ranking, Online Advertisement Spending. The Bid is for: 1. You will advise me what monitoring software I need to purchase. I am looking for standalone software to install on windows XP/2003 or Linux. I need software that has retention on historic data. 2. Set up the software for 5 competitors for all of the factors above. 3. Setup continuous reporting, so I get at least 1 report per week for all competitors. This should be a very short project and quick and easy money for a knowledgeable SEO consultant. Note: Only bids with a PM message detailing your approach to our requirements will be considered.
