Craigslist Poster Needed

Initially, we are seeking an experienced Craigslist ad poster to post seceral ads on Craigslist every hour in one market.? We would like to post 6 to 10? ads for other rental properties twice per day until they are rented.? We will supply the basic ads and property pictures.? Each ad will have 4 pics and a video link.? The rate per ad seems to be around .10 to .30 per post but we are open to fair pricing.? Ads must remain live and online without flagging for several hours.? We look to form an ongoing relationship with one vendor.? Vendor MUST be able to mask IP address in order to post on CL based on our recent experience. WE are also looking to design 2 good looking ads for each of the two companies that will run 4 to 8 times per day in our market and then in other CL markets. We are a fully integrated real estate investment firm.? We handle brokerage, full renovations & repairs, rentals & credit repair.? We are looking to grow the business nationwide.?
