Business Software Module Sales (Source code and marketing material)

I am retiring from the SaaS industry and would like to sell my entire in-house developed software product line to an established SaaS firm. Modules are being used in different industries such as: Manufacturing, Engineering and Airline. I have many different modules that could easily be integrated into a full feature ERP. I would like to know if your firm could assist me with this. I want this technology to go on so I am selling all source codes, databases and marketing material.
