Advise on my sales approach to selling the benefits of my IOS App

Hi! I have recently launched my IOS App: [login to view URL] which allows people to rate and review pubs and bars that they visit. The app also offers benefits to the owners/managers/pub or bar companies by way of direct advertising to their guests. The precise benefits are something that are extremely revolutionary for the pub/bar industry. The issue I have is how I approach the pub owners/managers/companies to sell to them the benefits of the app as I don't have any experience in this area and don't really know where to start. What I want you to bid on is to give advice on how to make that initial sales approach and to form a strategy which will give me the opening to sell my product. Once I have an audience, I will have no problem selling the product but it's the maximisation of turning 1st approach into an audience to sell it. This is not a marketing strategy project but a sales strategy project so would appreciate if only people with strong sales experience were to place bids.
