A bucket of MS Office documents related to legal

I need ~20 MS Office (2007 and/or 2010) documents - MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio that can should be familiar to HR/legal workers. This is needed for the public demo. Documents **should NOT** contain any sensitive nor private information. They should use fictitious names, dates, addresses etc though. Empty templates will not satisfy. This is needed for the **public demo**. Demo will show content management of the documents and will be given to HR and Legal departments, so the documents should mean something to them. Something like contracts (no matter what for), NDAs, forms of different types, time sheets, etc., etc.,
