Basic Android Application Shell For Informational/Resource Style App- Requirements Negotiable

Basic Android Application Shell/Framework - Requirements Negotiable -home screen with menu and options -ability to add extra pages which will house pictures, videos, or text -other options that may exist in your current framework. I'm not familiar with the capabilities in Android so if you have an existing framework from a previous design please describe it's features and I may be able to use that for my application. I will need to adapt the shell to several informational kinds of applications that function the same way but with unique content. We can discuss the details, possibilities and existing options before coming to a bid amount and requirements. I have a number of applications to have built over the next 2 months and I am looking for experienced Android programmers. Experience in other areas is a plus considering that I have projects outside of the Android platform as well.
