There are two parts to this project. A front end website and then a back-end web service set with hooks to Amazon Web Services.

The purpose of the website is to allow users to create continuous integration or continuous deployment environments in a wide variety of languages, frameworks, backends, and rules.

The front end should be a bare bone website that allows user registration. Registered users can will out a questionnaire indicating 1) Source control, 2) Programming Language 3) Issue Tracker, 4) Plug-ins to be setup in the CI Environment, 5) LDAP source or other another authentication system 6) backend database and desired connector 7) and an architectural pattern (3 tiered).

The web application will then setup up some type of job to create and deploy the specified servers, interconnect them, and add a basic web application to the source that utilizes the best practices setup in the CI environment and the architectural design specified in #7 above. The website will also create a development image if desired. The development image will have all the required software to start working. An IDE, the language framework, a hook to source control for the IDE, unit test software, and more.

## Deliverables

The exact details of the implementation are to be worked out. The user should have a solid understanding of Continuous Integration to perform this task. There is likely an elegant solution with AWS's DevPay and puppet. I am looking for a truly incredible team or guru.
