Basic App to Receive Email, Wait for X Seconds, Forward Email

**Overview** We have an electronic man-down system where our staff wear an electronic tag that that is wifi enabled, the wearer can press a button to call for help. Calls for help are via email. The tags will also detect lack of movement. If the person is completely still "Stagnant" for 3 minutes the tag will automatically send send an alarm (stagnant alarm email). The problem is these tags are sending false alarms, they are sending "Stagnant" alarms when our staff are OK, they are just not moving very much while they are working at their computers. When this happens our staff press a "False Alam" button and this sends a "False Alarm" email. We need a program that will receive a "Stagnate Alarm" email, wait for a short period for a "False Alarm" email and if no "False Alarm" email is received forward the "Stagnant Alarm" email to our Security Department. **Functionality Requirements** A software application that will: 1. Receive an email containing "Stagnant Alarm" in the subject 2. Wait for an email containing "False Alarm" (wait for X seconds) 3. If no email containing "False Alarm" in the subject arrives within X seconds forward the email to our "Security Department". 4. Software application must run on windows 7 or server 2008 5. Software must be very stable (must not cash) 6. Software to log all events (email receive, email send, application start) with date and time stamp to a text file 7. Software send a Heartbeat email every hour so our staff know the service is running ok (this must configurable as an be an on/off feature). **Variables** 1: Subject string that indicates a "Stagnant Alarm" email 2: Duration to wait for the "False Alarm" email, ie X Seconds 3: Subject string that indicates a "False Alarm" email 4: Email address to forward the "Stagnant Alarm" email to 5: Email address to send the Heartbeat email to 6: Log File path (directory and file name) 7: Heartbeat email on/off switch
