Basic Job Search Feature Needed

Description I need a job search feature added to an employment website. I need to be able to add and remove jobs from the database. Every job will need to link to a pre-existing online application. There is more information on the attached jpg image. The design should match the attached image. Please review. The search results also need to appear on the same page. A full list of categories will be provided. There will only be 1-5 jobs to start with. I want to be able to add more later. Graphics can be provided upon request. It has to look exactly like the attached jpg. We would like the database stored on our server under Godaddy. We need this done in a hurry. Serious inquiries only.
