Dating site configuration & Banner Design

Creation of a new dating site. We are purchasing the software to run this site and the providers are also dealing with the installation, hosting and configuring with the merchant provider. We are basically happy that the software can deliver everything we want, but need assistance configuring it slightly so the users are required to register a profile before searching other profiles in the site. However the main part of the project is that we need a designer to create a unique identity for us including logo, template and banner. If this worked well we would also be interested in discussing with the developer an ongoing relationship to support the site generally in the future, although that is out of the scope of this project.
