copy a web site

hi im looking to set up a web site that meets visa requirements. basically it will be a copy of a web site that i suggest. the name of the company must be changed everywhere on the site along with the phone number and contact info. there should be a shoping cart of some sort. The back end shoudl have email address and also look some what profesional. I need to have something up and running by end of today! and then we can go back and make some changes to make the site more mine but for now i just need something on the [login to view URL] i have a site hosted by homestead which is a template like application but i think it also takes html. if we can use that same address and host it through them that would be ok. basically i need something today. I shoudl be able to edit the text and probably cna do this through the code. Im new to this site the payment will be 100 CAD by western union or money gram for the initial part of teh project (today part)
