Developing a social networking service mobile application

We are currently developing a social networking service app (titled as GUM) based on augmented reality. At this level, we have already finished UI designs for GUM, and we are needing some help in putting those UI designs together to build the app. We are looking for any developers or companies who have made social networking service applications that are currently serviced on google or apple app store.
