Bing Maps Distance Per Country -- 2

I am looking for someone to code a desktop application in C# which will give me the distance travelled within a country in Europe. This means that if the route crosses a country border then I want to know the real distance in each country. This must be done through Bing Maps (so please do not suggest a different source) and seems only possible by also adding a SQL database with the outlines of country borders (example of source: [url removed, login to view]). We can limit this intially to the countries Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.
