I need someone to write a simple application that I could run to generate hexagonal Sudoku puzzles like the one pictured. I would need this program to allow me to generate puzzles in varying difficulty including easy, medium, and hard. The software should generate a puzzle and a solution to go with it. I'd also like to have the option to create multiple puzzles at once depending on how many I tell the program to create. If someone is not familiar with how this puzzle works it is similar to Sudoku but instead the numbers one through six must be placed around each circle. Let me know if I have not been clear enough.

I already had created an application that could solve any Sudoku puzzles however I don't have an idea how to generate puzzles. Is there any formula that can be used for generating puzzles. If there is then I'll be able to add it to my app and give you the software.
