Create VPN client with custom options

I need to create a custom OpenVPN client software that have this options : 1- can work in user computer (windows xp, 7, 8) without user/password to access the service , I need the service to be free for all . 2- can work with multiple openvpn server . 3- ability to provide the software bottom for updates to change the servers who connect with if needed (from our servers) . 4 - force browsers (IE ,Chrome , Firefox ) to display iframe for me .
