The deliverable will be an empty Win32 API c++ application which will hide it's file (itself) during its runtime. It should work as follow:
1. Application is started (you can assume that we started it elevated)
2. Check OS (should support all OS versions from XP to 8.1 including all recent Service Packs).
3. Based on OS extract an internal "BIN" resource of the appropriate driver and install it silently. Silently means: no message box or alert is displayed.
4. Install the driver silently. No reboot should be required in order for the driver to start functioning.
5. Hide the file that is running and the driver file (.sys) itself, and any other file involved (such as the driver's .inf file if there is one.
6. The deliverable should be a single executable which will embed any other parts.
7. Should hide and un-hide files smoothly with no crashes, BSOD, etc.

You should create '[login to view URL]' which will embed the driver/s for all OS versions supported. The driver should be code signed. We confirm that it will only be used for testing purposes BUT we would like to see a complete solution, i.e. not to have to sign it ourselves at this stage. We expect to receive one file - [login to view URL], which when we Run as Admin, will hide itself as long as it runs. Since you are not required to hide it from the process list, we will monitor the performance of the file hiding by viewing that it is indeed running in the process list and when we shut down the [login to view URL] process, the [login to view URL] file should appear. Alternatively, you can assign a hot key (ALT+SHIFT+D) to shut it down. When it is shut down, all additional files should be deleted, so you start with [login to view URL] and end up with test.exe. and deliver full source code. Compatible with Visual Studio 2013 Professional.
Additional terms:
1. We require signing an NDA
2. We require 30 days support (only related to your work, of course), since there might be issues which we will find out later, after we receive our code signing certificate, for example.
