Arduino, 4D 7 inch Diablo progammer

We want to make a programmable system for our products with multiple optional functions (devices) running at different times and programmable on the 4D 7 inch screen. We already have the power board, designed that the Arduino +5V feeds and other devices analog as well as motor control and position (led/phototransistor) The Arduino mega board is suitable using the 4D systems 7 inch LCD touch screen to program the functions. It takes 32 on off digital switches and 5 analog inputs for controlling motor position and resistive inputs. The concepts for these functions are all figured out and will be described in detail. We will need to skype in English. If you have a better way to do this using different technology, let me know and we can discuss it.
