Hello,
I need someone to code me a simple program. Here is all I need the program to do:
It two inputs: an image(an english alphabet with white background) and what alphabet it is.
Then it stores that info and whenever that image pattern appears, it outputs the corresponding alphabet. It repeats so that it can be used as an OCR.
It must contain the profile system where the set of alphabets and their image's data are stored for re-usability.
Of course all of these phrases that the program outputs are editable so that I can easily copy the text and paste it somewhere else. It's a very simple program, but I don't know enough about fonts and graphics to code this program, so I need someone who can do it quickly for me. Please write *READ in your bid so that I know you read all of the project requirements.
