Estou precisando de uma implementação JAVA que será usado em meu projeto com API que leia uma imagem captcha baseado no exemplo em anexo, por file ou URL, e converta(decrypting captcha) em String. A proposta inclui fornecer códigos fontes para futuras manutenções, testes que confirmem a finalização e que serão tb testados por mim em outros links com o mesmo captcha e documentação se necessário.
Obs: O OCR já deverá estar treinado
