This is a Database Application / Integration project for a
shipping brokerage that we are looking to complete asap.
In a nutshell, the technical needs are for an application to INPUT, VIEW, SEARCH and EDIT data (from database) from scratch, or integrate with what is currently being used for super-fast "power" searches / filtering.

• Real-time Collaboration
• Analyze / Reports
• Triggers: Proactive Data Extraction & Sharing (ex: idle / last modified)
• Data Collection - upload / Import, Merge from other sources (ex: vendor emails)
• Comparing (ex: vendor quotes / value – real time, and collectively)
• Intranet / Company Dashboard (links to all docs, reports, external sites – job boards etc.,)
• Creating robust account (history) for each individual vendor / previous transactions / value (ideally – this would be automatically extracted / populated from the original input(s) into a "crm-like" database)
We think Zoho Creator / Reports (and possibly CRM) may be a good solution, but are open to suggestions. PLEASE REQUEST DETAILED DOCUMENT for how we are currently doing things + detailed project requirements, and kindly reply with cost and turnaround time.
