Develop DevExpress based dashboard reporting soltuion

First time posting so please forgive any mistakes. Seeking a software developer with experience working with DevExpress dashboards. Largely open to suggestion regarding the solution scope. Overview below… Development Environment (preferences) Programming language: VB.NET Database: Microsoft SQL (2005 Express onwards e.g. 2008 R2, 2012 etc.) Development components: DevExpress Background/Overview We sell and support an SME CRM solution. The solution is on premise (database resides on client infrastructure) and operates on an SQL database. The solution also integrates with a range of accounting and other business systems. We would like to utilise the DevExpress dashboard components to develop a dashboard reporting solution for our CRM product. Ideally we would have a desktop application that can be used for designing dashboards and the ability to deploy via WinForms. If practical as well, dashboards could also be setup to be accessible via web interface (ASP.NET) and/or mobile device. The solution would ideally include some pre-populated data structures and/or templates for common reporting types. Additionally we would like users to be able to setup connections to other data sources. Ideally we can expand the connection types to include common data sources such as MYOB Accounting , QuickBooks etc. such that as the solution matures, users can select their data source type and some of the core data structures and dashboard reporting options can be pre-populated.
