Active to do Items

A Program that will run in the background that has a list of Active to do items

It open with a dialog Box When the computer starts or when a task is compelted or at a scheduled time

The dialog with show the Action item and Prompt you to check say CNN News ( Yes Next Edit or Exit ) or a writen to do list or update a spread sheet etc.

These are displayed from a users preferecne list created during intall by the customer. ( kept update din a text file)

I have a more detailed explanation but this is a general discription. ( Give me an estimate)

General Explaination (As a remonder of what they need to work ok)
Basic idea, this will be a simple program that opens a dialog when the person
logs into there computer to prompt them to check web sites or open programs
or documents for them to fo rthing that need or want to do each day or hour etc.

When the program is installed it will go through setting up customers perferences.
(If not to hard add to the program create a scheduler that can open the program at specific intervals to remind the person to work on some thing or check some thing
or do some thing)

Preferences entered during setup (the preferences, links,shorts cuts or documents cah be saved in a text file)
1 Items
First and Last Name, email adress,
2 Links Items
Be able to enter links to websites or progrms or files you want open.
Reminder Name ___________________Links ____________________________Like www.cnn.com or ww.gmail.com stocks etc.
Add more Web Links
Reminder Name ____________________ Program Links _________________________
Add more program Links or documnets to open email programs etc. Like a to do lists ot word program excel etc.

3 Have a section to set up shcedule when the program will pop up to remind poeple todo what they have set up

4 The install adds a ICON to the desk top

The program will run in the background
The schedule can be set to go off ever 1 or 2 or 4 or 6 housrs or daily or not used
After preferences and links are set then the Program dialog will open

The top of the dialog says "Active To Do Reminders"
The remove will open and the text says do you want to check your news etc.
When the Reminder Name link is selected the progrm opens the web link or program etc.
The dialog cycles to the next link, minimizes to the next link
At the bottom there will be buttons to Skip, Next, Add New Links, Exit
When schedule alert is met the Icon on the task bar blinks and or dialog opens with the next link to open
(set from Link Page options and starts cycling thourgh the links)

Can you provide a quick design or what you would make the dialog look like that opens
