Build a small Node.JS application, and document instructions on how you built it

So I have an idea for a tiny mvp of a product. Purpose of this is not a commercially viable product, it is for me to learn how you built this small scale project. Overall the project should do the following: allow users to fill out a form (multiple steps), and then generate a PDF with the data they inputed in the form, and store the form data in the database. I would like to build a small app with the following functionality: - User registration (can use existing GEMs or node equivalent) - Create new form (output/PDF) - Select pre-existing form template (let's start with 2 choices) - Input the answers to their questions (should be paginated to multiple steps, let's say 3 screens to begin with) - Confirm their answers - Generate PDF with permalink to download file. For UX we can use an off the shelf template from themeforest, if there is one you like, I will purchase it. that's it.
