Cbot for Ctrader C++

I have one question : 1) If both the BUY and SELL (pending) orders are continuously at the same distance from the market price, then how will the order be executed ? E.g. when robot is started and price is 1.0000 and distance is say 20 pips, then BUY and SELL orders are placed at 1.0020 and 0.9980. Now if price moves down by 5 pips to 0.9995, then it both orders are adjusted to 1.0015 (down by 5 pips) and 0.9975 (down by 5 pips), then the trade will never be executed.
