Data Analysis generating leads from Web Sites

We have an existing project that is written in Java Script it accesses several real estate related sites and pulls data from them to several databases. Once the data has been accumulated business logic is applied to the data which creates leads in either pdf's or excel formats for the purpose of creating mailers and/or call lists. We need a developer to take over the maintenance of the project and to enhance the user configuration options adding a user UI for pulling subsets of the leads and creating a CRM based on the leads.
