C# application for resizing of images, sharpening and saving to folders

Hello I need to make C# application for work with pictures. Firstly I have folder with many pictures (JPG and PNG). Work with pictures is: 1) crop white space in pictures with specified margin in pixels 2) make square picture in specified resolution (for example 190 x 190 px) 3) sharp picture after resizing I need to specify level of compresion, level of sharpening (disable sharpening). Attached you find already working version of this programme. Original programmer does not comunicate with us, so I need to find new programmer. I also need changes which are here: This programme we use for pictures on website. To now we do it so that I download pictures of products and save it into folder with not resized pictures and to folder of manufacturer/year/name of model/ and here are pictures. Original picture has path like this for example: c:\www\website\big_pictures\company\2015\nameofmodel\[login to view URL] After download all pictures, program has to copy it into folder with resized pictures. This is located in c:\www\website\small_pictures\...... the path is same for original and resized pictures except big or small pictures. This is first step what I want to change. App should have saved in some config file when is ussually folder of small and bigger pictures. If I have folder with original pictures c:\www\website\big_pictures\company\2015\nameofmodel\ app should check if this folder exist and if not to create it and save there resized pictures. If this folder already exist, just to save there pictures. We always will rewrite exists resized pictures. Second thing are subfolders. We use subfolders for other pictures of products. Those pictures are saved in folder c:\www\website\big_pictures\company\2015\nameofmodel\oth\ I don't want to open separately folder with pictures and then subfolder. I want to do it in one step. App should resize all pictures in all folders in c:\www\website\big_pictures\company\2015\nameofmodel\ (there are ussualy maximally 3 other folders). In config file I want to write exception which will be not resized. 3rd: Sometime also original pictures are too big and there is lot of white space. I need to make same process (croping white space and resizing) also for original pictures. Cropping would be in every case, resizing just in case that picture is bigger than some sizes (for example 500px x 500px - should be possible to change it in config file) 4) currently we have function to rename files. We make all names to lower and replace space for "-". This should be there also, but it has to work also for original pictures. Space should be changed for "-"; "_" should be changed for "-" and all capitals should be make to lower. This is neccessary with all folders in both (small and big pictures) summary: App should have same function for cropping and resizing like now. App should check and crop all original pictures App should check and, if are too big, to resize also original pictures for smaller size (will be in config file) App should check name of files and to rename App should do this process for all files in all subfolders App should make all uppon to resize it into folder with smaller pictures. There will be in config file the path for folder with all smaller and all original pictures. c:\www\website\big_pictures\ AND c:\www\website\small_pictures\
